Description

Application for consent to replace 2 poles in the footpath outside 37/39 Mount Hill Road and 29/31 Mount Hill Road respectively. Replacement poles will be located in new positions in order to improve impact on footway and upgrade service provisions for some properties. The installation of new poles in their proposed locations will deviate the existing overhead line very slightly, although significantly less than the prescribed 60 m possible under the relevant legislation. The application is made under the Electricity Act 1989: The Overhead Lines (Exemption) (England and Wales) Regulations 2009 / Planning Act 2008: The Overhead Lines (Exempt Installations) Order 2010.
