Description

Discharge of Condition 2 (Detailed Design), attached to planning permission P24/02350/LB Interior and exterior alterations to an existing dwelling. Ground floor alterations to consist of creation of window to south elevation, remove part of modern ceiling, create 2no. internal doorways, remove hallway partition to form one room, hang 3no. doors in existing doorways, reopen 1no. doorway, remove fireplace, installation of exterior tri-fold door, install new fire sprinkler system and kitchen extraction ventilation, install new secondary glazing to 1no window, replace 1no external door with timber glazed unit. First floor alterations to consist of widening and formation of in-built cupboards and new doorway by repositioning internal wall, part infill window opening to form 2no. timber casement windows with slim-profile double glazing. Formation of second floor landing and built in wardrobes, insertion of eaves partitions and bathroom.
