Non-material amendment to P22/02306/RM to change Condition 11 to read: All Affordable Dwellings shown on the approved Planning Layout plan shall be constructed to meet Part M of the Building Regulations accessibility standard M4(2) with the exception of any self-contained accommodation built above ground floor level. Where Wheelchair units are identified on the approved planning layout these units will be constructed to meet South Gloucestershire Council's Specification Requirements for Wheelchair Units, with the exception of the parking to plot 104 where a covered car port will not be provided. Reason: To ensure inclusive design access for all in accordance with Policy CS1 of the South Gloucestershire Council Local Plan Core Strategy (adopted) December 2013.
