Non material amendments to permission P23/00797/RVC (previously P21/00546/F) to change the brick wall to the rear of plot 44 to close board fencing; to remove the railings between Plot 37 and Plot 44 and replace with close board fencing; to move the position of the rear access gates for Plots 37 and 43; to remove a section of railings at the front of Plot 36; to alter the positions of Plots 1-4,29,30 and 40-44; to remove the M4(2) references from Plots 1-4 adding to Plots 40-43; and, to change to the colour of the external extract vent to match new brickwork.
