Discharge of Condition 2 (Contamination) attached to planning permission P20/21706/F Conversion of 2no existing barns to form 2no dwellings with associated internal and external alterations, landscaping and parking areas.Note: As per the enclosed report, the findings of the Phase 2 assessment did not identify a requirement for remedial measures, therefore it is not possible to undertake a validation exercise.A requirement was identified, however, for careful vigilance to be exercised during the groundworks for any evidence of unexpected contamination - we can confirm following discussions with the contractor that no evidence of contamination was encountered during the build process which has now completed the building superstructure with the final internal fixtures and fittings currently in progress.
