This shall be based on dynamic thermal modelling of dwellings using 2020 weather files with the risk of overheating assessed using the CIBSE TM59 methodology or appropriate equivalent agreed with the local planning authority. Where overheating risks are identified the design shall be amended to include appropriate mitigation measures
