Description
Non-material amendment to amend the wording of Condition 10 attached to P22/05330/RVC to read: No development comprising any of the B1 and B2 floorspace hereby approved shall commence until an overall Travel Plan Framework covering all the B1 and, B2 floorspace hereby approved has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The Travel Plan Framework shall set out: - the aims and objectives of the Framework, including reducing the need to travel by car, encouraging healthy commuting and work related journeys - a monitoring strategy and targets for the reduction of single occupancy car related journeys over the first five years of the development; - measures for achieving the approved aims, objectives and targets in the event that monitoring reveals that those targets are not being achieved. Prior to the occupation of the B1/B2 employment units and as part of the reserved matters application(s) for the B1/B2 development hereby approved, detailed operator specific full travel plans in full accord with the provisions of the approved Framework Travel Plan shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The B1 and B2 development shall proceed in accordance with the approved details. Reason To encourage means of transportation other than the private car.
