Non Material amendment to modify and therefore supersede the approved POS Plans (Condition 6) and Phasing Plans (Condition 8) originally approved under discharge of planning condition application DOC20/00249. The POS Areas plans (Condition 6) have been amended to reflect the reduced total proposed informal recreation open space for Phase 1 to accommodate the parking required for the railway station to be transferred to WECA while the Phasing Plans (Condition 8) have been amended as Parcels H8, H9 and the LCa have been pushed back to form part of the third reserve matters application.
