East and West gable ends - restoration of stonework and the removal of existing coping stones. South Elevation - Upper Floor - restoration and repair of stonework up to roof level, repair and replace stonework to southwest and southeast corners and replacement of existing hay door with softwood casement windows and oak lintel. South Elevation - Lower Floor - replacement of decayed lintels above double doors and ground floor windows and replacement of lower floor windows. North Elevation - removal of 1800mm wide wall section to fit french doors and replacement of upper floor windows. Roof - replacement of existing roof structure, replace slate tiling on north facing side and pantiles on south facing side and extend the tiles over the east and west gable ends. Landscape - remove existing bath stone wall casement and 600mm raised hardcore and soil stacks, reduce overall ground level to original ground level and lay flagstone garden flooring and rebuild eastern curtilage boundary drystone wall.
