Hybrid application for phased development for the relocation of SUFC to erect a 16,226-seat stadium; create up to 1,503 dwellings (1,300 full - up to 203 outline), 3,658.10 sqms Class E floorspace, 2,280 sqms sui generis floorspace, and up to 280 sqms of mixed Class F1/F2 floorspace; erect 2 Domes; demolish existing buildings; and associated landscaping, access and parking works.
