Description

Southern Electric Power Distribution (SEPD) propose to undertake the following works set out below which are exempt from requiring Section 37 Consent under the Electricity Act 1989 by falling within The Overhead Lines (Exemption) (England and Wales) Regulations 2009: Regulation 3(1)(f). SEPD proposes to replace several poles along the existing overhead line (OHL) on land near Hazeley Road, Twyford, Winchester, Hampshire, SO21 1QA. All the poles are located within South Downs National Park.
