This application supersedes planning permission for the Pool House (Drawing Reference 6204 116) only, under reference "SDNP/20/04407/LIS", which will not be implemented. The previously approved scheme proposed a permanent pool house; however, this revised proposal seeks permission for a timber gazebo to the south side of the swimming pool. The gazebo is intended to be a lighter, more temporary structure that better suits the setting and character of the site. Please treat this application as the intended scheme moving forward.
