Description

The removal of an existing oil fired boiler heating system and installation of a combined Air Source Heat Pump & Electric Boiler system, with the Air Source Heat Pumps to be externally located on a purpose built base adjacent to the existing plant room, requiring minor excavations to a chalk bank at the rear of the plantroom area. 5No. of Air Source Heat Pumps are proposed, with 1No. Electric Boilers being installed in the existing plant room internally. Included within this are the removal and disposal of the existing externally located chimney flue, removal and replacement of 2No. Pumps located internally to the building, new control systems and associated electrical work.
