Description

Discharge Conditions 8-Construction Method Statement, 9 - Temporary Road Closure, 10 - Drainage details of approved planning application SDNP/23/05297/FUL - Replacement of existing sewage treatment plant with a new packagedsewage treatment plant in new location. An upgrade to the existing sewagepumping station. Both items to include all associated drainage andelectrical connections. A new bore hole will be created alongside the twopre-existing to receive the discharged treated effluent. The new STP will belocated in a car parking area (ownership of Abri Group Ltd), segregated bya newly constructed brick walled compound. Additional vehicular accesswill be created to the carpark, which includes alterations to car parkboundary walls and the adjacent pavement, which includes the installationof drop kerbs and tactile slabs from pedestrian crossing purposes. Atransport / parking survey has been undertaken and the relevant findingsare attached alongside this application. All redundant apparatus will beenvironmentally cleaned, decommissioned, demolished and wasteremoved from site to relevant legal disposal sites.
