Description

The proposal is for a campsite for up to 50 pitches under the 60 day rule as set out in the General Permitted Development Order 2015 for the hosting of a May Bank Holiday weekend event. A Prior Notification application was submitted and approved on 31st October 2024 and the applicant understood that the 60 days ran from the date of approval for a period of 12 months, however, this not being the case, another application is now being made to cover the May event.A Planning Application for a permanent change of use for the land has been submitted, but has not yet been validated. Assuming that application is successful, it is not anticipated that there will be any other event planned prior to the application being determined.
