(Non Material Amendment to original planning consent SDNP/22/05799/FUL) - Relocation of solar PV from the east elevation to the south elevation. Change of external cladding from predominantly brick to vertical timber cladding with a brick base course. Remove the window in the kitchen and replace it with an external glazed door. Change of window alignment on the east elevation. Removal of one window, change of window size to the stairwell and relocation of the door on the north elevation. Change to window configuration on the south elevation. Addition of 2 windows on the west elevation and removal of one full-height window. Removal of masonary chimney to be replaced with a twin-walled flue.
