Adjoining Authority Consultation - Ofwat (CMS:0444596) - Ofwat recently granted a variation to Icosa Water Services Limited's appointments as a Sewerage Only company under the Water Industry Act 1991 ("WIA91"), and made consequential variations to the sewerage services appointment of Southern Water Services Limited. The appointment was signed on 9 January 2025 and came into effect on 10 January 2025. Icosa Water Services Limited is now the Sewerage Only supplier to a development at Rotherlea, Petworth. I have attached a copy of the signed instrument of variation and map of the site area. This email constitutes the notice that we are required to serve on you by section 8(5) of WIA91.
