As is evident this will be less area than the original permission but change the dimensions slightly. The roofline will also alter but will end lower than the original permission. The connection to the main house has been removed and thus the air source heat pump will no longer require moving, this has been replaced by an attractive porch area. The use of the annexe remains the same as accommodation for an elderly family member and will ancillery to the main property.
