Description
T1: Horse Chestnut- Crown lift to 5m to clear gateway and reduce shading under tree. Localised reduction of up to 4m to reduce the weight in a large limb extending toward the garden. 1579)T2: Sycamore- Fell to avoid compromising the flint wall any further. The canopy has become increasingly sparse over the last 2 years of monitoring with limited space to grow into. (1580)T3: Sycamore- Fell due to excessive lean toward garden. The tree will never be able to correct itself, and it there is limited space for the canopy to develop into. T4: Beech- Fell due to Kretzschmaria. Two large Beech trees either side of it have been removed for the same reason in the last 2 years, and both have shown extensive basal decay once felled. This tree has been monitored, and the canopy has been increasingly worse over the last 2 years. It is located over the road and high value targets. (1583)T5 & T6: Ash- Fell due to signs of dieback. multiple large limbs have failed on the trees in the last 2 years, and given their proximity to the road, services and footpath, the owner wishes to mitigate the risk. It will also provide a chance for the Copper Beech to fill out into a feature tree. (1594)T7: Beech- Formative pruning of over extended limbs by up to 5m to correct and balance the canopy after it has been growing away from a larger tree behind. This tree has now been removed, and it will help the tree to correct it's form. T8: Horse Chestnut- Reduce large limb by up to 7m, extending over the dividing wall between the properties. Multiple large limbs have failed on the tree in the last 5 years, and a heavy weight reduction will prevent limb failure on this over extended section.G1: A large group of trees running along the Eastern boundary. Permission to fell all Ash trees in the group due to varying signs of die back. The group is very crowded, and the Ash trees are the most logical ones to remove from both a safety aspect, and also to allow more space for the remaining
