The oak tree is on this map as 232411. (Land opposite King Charles Cottage, Main Road, Colden Common TPO 234 of 2022.) Highways England (REF 7093474 - David Freemantle - Land at Main Road Colden Common) would like me to cut the verge cut back which is on my land here. The Oak tree branches are encroaching the hedge/verge for me to get cutting equipment to it and this tree has recently been protected. Crown lift by cutting back low drooping branches to suitable growth points to give 3m clearance from ground. (Amended)
