Listed building consent for removal of existing bank vault walls to enable a more open plan restaurant area within the basement of the building. The existing bank vault roof is to remain in place by utilising new steel beams and piers to support the structure from existing retained corners of the vault. Other minor changes to internal walls to open the space within the basement. New staircase added from the ground floor to the basement to provide access. (Part retrospective).
