Description

T1 on sketch plan - Bhutan pine - reduce the low branches over the pavement by 1 meter to clear phone lines and give better over head clearance. Remove dead wood and broken branch stubs to make the tree safer as it is at the main reception of the school. T2 on the sketch plan - Silver birch - crown raise to give 4 meters clearance from ground level pruning back to secondary growth points to give better clearance over the foot path and the car park. T3 on the sketch plan - Silver birch - crown raise to give 3 meters clearance from the ground level, pruning back to secondary growth points so that end growth doesn't hang down and come in to contact with peoples heads. T4 on the sketch plan - Lime tree - remove epicormic growth on the main stem up to a height of 3 meters where the main stem forks so that low hanging growth doesn't get in the faces of children using the play area below. T5 on the sketch plan - Lime tree - crown raise to 4 meters by removing epicormic growth up the main stem to stop low hanging growth getting in the faces of children and staff using that area of the playground T6 on the sketch plan - Horse Chesnut - Pollard down to 5 meters. The tree is dying back from the top down and has very large dead/dying branches over the road and the playground which is a safety concern. Some epicormic shoots have appeared from the main stem. (Happy to take alternative advice from the tree officer). T7 on the sketch plan - Silver birch - Light crown raise of lower branches on the carpark side to 3 meters to maintain adequate clearance for cars, mini buses, and delivery vans entering the car park.
