T1- oak adjacent to customers left hand boundary belonging to 15 sylvan cave use . Prune upper crown over hanging customers land in height by approx 2.5-3m . Reduce middle to low laterals growing towards property by approximately 2-2.5m being mindful to go back to natural growth points.
