Description

Replacement of an existing below ground septic-tank, currently used by several residential properties (No 1-4 Firs Cottages, Lottisham), with a small water recycling centre (WRC) package plant. Permission is sought for the change of land use of the site to operational land ("sewerage undertakings"), the installation of WRC plant within a small compound, a new access/ egress point to the adjacent public highway and associated landscaping (the ‘proposed development’).
