Description

The proposal seeks to vary Condition 3 of planning permission SCC/3728/2020 to extend the operational period for waste deposit and site restoration. The current condition requires waste deposit to cease by 29th July 2026 and full site restoration by 29th July 2027, in accordance with the scheme approved under Condition 12. This proposal seeks to extend the waste deposit deadline by up to two years, until 29th July 2028, and the restoration deadline until 29th July 2029.
