Description

The proposed development is required to provide a usable landscaped area to access to proposed barn which permission has been granted under application number 22/03165/FUL. This will be largely cut and fill operation with approximately 10,000 cubic meters of materials being provided on the farm site and the additional 28,000 cubic metres to be imported from a construction site in Yeovil. There will be approximately 36 lorry movements per day (peak number), largely dependent on the weather and a total of 4,000 lorry loads which it is planned will be complete within 12 months of commencement.
