Description

Discharge of Condition 7 - Before the development hereby permitted is commenced, details of the proposed foul and surface water drainage systems shall be submitted in writing for the approval of the Local Planning Authority. The approved drainage schemes shall be completed and fully operational before any of the development hereby permitted is first occupied. Following its installation the approved scheme shall be permanently retained and maintained thereafter.
