Description

03 - Biodiversity Enhancement - A Biodiversity Enhancement Plan (BEP) shall be submitted to, and approved in writing by, the Local Planning Authority prior to completion of the development. The content of the BEP shall include the following: a) an area of modified grassland will be enhanced and managed as a wildflower meadow, as broadly in line the recommendation detailed in section 4.3.1 of the Ecological Impact Assessment carried out by Wessex Water (dated 6 September 2022).
