Description

Erection of a single storey log cabin with a low-pitched roof, measuring 7.7m x 4.7m maximum at the bottom of the garden of the dwelling. The log cabin is to be constructed with 70mm thick slow grown Scandinavian spruce walls, black EPDM roof covering and an anthracite uPVC sliding door. It sits on a 325mm thick insulated and reinforced concrete base which has a finished level 75mm above the surrounding ground. The roof will be insulated with 150mm PIR boards and the raised floor of the log cabin will be insulated with a minimum of 100mm PIR boards.
