Fell and replace dead sapling rowan tree (T3486A). Fell dead poplar trees (G352). Reduce height and volume by 20% on common oak trees (T1429, T1432). Remove deadwood on common oak tree (T1430). Remove deadwood and specified branches on common oak tree (T1431). Remove epicormic growth, improve soil, crown raise to 4m on common oak tree (T3484). Fell rowan tree (T3497). Sever ivy on cherry tree (T3518). Crown raise to 3m and sever ivy on cherry tree (T3521). Remove deadwood and low branch on common oak tree (G2 of W3525) and crown raise to 5.2m over access and 2.5m over footpaths. Sever ivy on common oak tree (G5 of W3525), remove deadwood and damaged branches. Common oak trees (T3529, T3531) in decline with deadwood over parking bays - Reduce to 4m habitat stand. Remove deadwood on common oak tree (T3530) over parking bays. Dead common oak tree (T3534) offsite - Inform owners and remove deadwood over parking bays/reduce to 4m habitat stand. Crown lift red oak tree (G3479) to achieve 2m clearance over parking bays and 1m over trolly bay. Crown lift silver & Himalayan birch tree (G3481) to achieve 3m clearance above ground level and to clear signage. Crown lift apple tree (T3482) to achieve 2.5m clearance above ground level. Remove epicormic growth and remove lower branches to allow views to store frontage on common oak tree (T3483). Improve soil to due to poor rooting area and medium.
