Amendments to planning permission 30 January 2025 (Following planning application PL/2023/01952/PPFL and appeal APP/Q4625/W/24/3347316) for : Construction, operation and subsequent decommissioning of a renewable energy park comprising ground mounted solar photovoltaics (PV) with co-located Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) at the point of connection, together with associated infrastructure, access, landscaping and cabling (cross boundary application with Warwick District Council). Namely: To introduce a phasing plan in relation to the pre-commencement conditions attached to the planning consent for the Holly Lane Energy Park. Vary the wording of the following conditions so that they refer to the phasing plan: Condition 4 (Archaeological Fieldwork), Condition 5 (Construction Environmental Management Plan), Condition 6 (Planting Scheme), Condition 7 (Landscape and Ecological Management Plan), Condition 8 (Construction Traffic Management Plan), Condition 9 (Tree Protection Plan and Arboricultural Method Statement), and Condition 11 (Haulage Route Pre construction Dilapidation Survey). A new condition (24), is proposed to secure implementation of the development in accordance with the phasing plan.
