Description

Non-material amendment to Schedule 17 consent PL/2023/02132/HS2DIS, Plans and Specifications under Schedule 17 of the High-Speed Rail (London-West Midlands) Act 2017 for works comprising the A452 Kenilworth Road Overbridge structure and adjoining earthworks, location of permanent security, ecological and boundary fencing and vehicle restraint barriers. The non-material change comprises changes to extent of the Vehicle Restraint System, amendments to the design of landscape earthworks, replacement of a section of boundary fencing with ecological security fencing and additional minor earthworks to form a section of the Maintenance Access Track.
