Application to Vary Condition 1 -Plan Numbers and Condition 4 -Bin and Bike storage details following planning approval PL/2022/02322/PPFL -Change of use from mixed use (Commercial and residential use) to residential development of five 1 No. bedroom, 1 person flats including side and rear extensions with rear dormer - Approved 28.4.23. Namely; relocation of bike store to rear garden only. Planning Condition 4 shall be amended FROM; Carparking spaces, bike store and bin store shall be provided before the development hereby approved is first occupied in accordance with details shown on amended drawing number PL100D and thereafter shall be retained for parking purposes at all times. In the interests of satisfactory and efficient parking in accordance with policy P8 of the Solihull Local Plan 2013. TO: Carparking spaces and bin store only are hereby approved in accordance with details shown on approved amended drawing number PL100D dated July 2021 in approved application PL/2022/02322/PPFL, while the proposed bike store can be relocated to the rear garden as detailed on drawing number PL101 REV D submitted in application PL/2022/02322/PPFL, but excludes bin details on drawing PL101REV D. Thereafter all shall be retained for their purposes at all times. In the interests of satisfactory and efficient parking in accordance with policy P8 of the Solihull Local Plan 2013.
