Description

Plans and Specifications submission under Schedule 17 to the High Speed Rail (London - West Midlands) Act 2017 for works comprising: Engineering earthworks to form a railway cutting (Park Lane Cutting); earthworks for the realignment of a section of Park Lane; earthworks to form maintenance access tracks (two of which will also support public footpath diversions) and vehicle parking turning areas; earthworks to support the realignment of Footpath M215; earthworks to form landscape bunds and earthen berms; earthworks to form six ecological ponds; earthworks to form a watercourse diversion, drainage ditches and land drainage; culvert headwalls; earthworks to form two Global System for Mobile Communications-Railway (GSM-R) compounds; two sets of access stairs adjacent to Footpath M215 Overbridge and one set of stairs north of Lavender Hall Lane; provision of a ditch crossing slab; provision of pole mounted wooden bat structures; and location of permanent, ecological and boundary fencing and vehicle restraint system (VRS).
