Variation of condition 6 following planning approval 2014/1752 (PL/2014/02437/CU) dated 26/11/2014 for change of use of unit 19, Monkspath Business Park from class B1C to interchangeable class B1C/B2/B8 use to read With the exception of any Class B8 use, no retail sales shall take place in any of the buildings for which planning permission is hereby granted.
