T1 - Oak tree - found in group 14 of TPO-01366 found along the highway verge of Tythe Barn Lane has a significant lean into the highway that has historically been impacted by high sided vehicles to the degree that a significant wound is present. The request is to remove the tree outright removing the threat completely for the completion by SMBC tree contractors within a suitable timescale. Due to the location not being suitable for a replacement heavy standard at a suitable site such as a park can be arranged if required.
