Plans and Specifications submission under Schedule 17 to the High Speed Rail (London - West Midlands) Act 2017 for works comprising: Engineering earthworks to form Lavender Hall Embankment; engineering earthworks to form a cutting to the south of the Lavender Hall Lane Overbridge; and ancillary works including: Landscaping earthworks to form a landscape bund; earthworks to form drainage ditches; earthworks to form two maintenance access tracks and footpaths; construction of a bridging structure, including headwalls; provision of a trackside concrete noise barrier; provision of areas of permanent vehicle parking; and location of permanent security, ecological and boundary fencing and vehicle restraint barriers.
