Non-material amendment for alterations to previously approved plans and elevations following planning approval 2007/447 (PL/2007/01121/FULL): Not progressing with extending into the existing roof space or new roof space over rear extension to form 2 additional bedrooms. Rear extension to have a flat roof instead of a pitched roof. Minor adjustments to fenestration to the side elevation and rear elevation. Extension commenced in 2008 and foundations were inspected by SMBC building control on 04.01.2008. The extension was constructed to wall plate level for the roof then the previous owner did not build any further. The applicant purchased the property in 2024 and is completing the ground floor extension in line with the proposed plans and elevations.
