Description

Variation of condition No. 1 (plan numbers) following listed building consent PL/2023/02648/LBC dated 16.07.2024 for listed building consent for change of use of barn, together with the addition of extensions (Previously approved under PL/2015/51111/PPFL, PL/2017/02826/PPFL and PL/2020/01647/PPFL). Namely: Extend the footprint of the rear extension to the barn, change in the external appearance of the extension so that it replicates the detail and style of the historic barn wing by using an oak frame and brick noggins structure rather than timber cladding, the installation of solar panels in a recessed section of the flat roof, a small reduction modification to the glass roof section of the historic barn and approved utility/boot room and to remove the external timber over-cladding from the eastern wall & southern gable of the historic barn, to reveal the original oak frame and brick noggins to public view.
