Plans and Specifications submission under Schedule 17 to the High Speed Rail (London - West Midlands) Act 2017 for works comprising: Construction of a new underbridge (Coleshill Heath Road Underbridge); construction of a new retaining wall structure; landscaping earthworks; earthworks associated with the construction of a maintenance access track (MAT) and a maintenance access strip (MAS); earthworks associated with land and highways drainage including construction of culvert headwalls; provision of a permanent area for vehicle parking; location of vehicle restraint barriers, security fencing and bollards and provision of artificial lighting.
