To ensure the proposal is a good neighbour in accordance with Policy P14 of the Solihull Local Plan 2013. TO: All of the courts the subject of this permission shall not be used other than between the hours of 9am and 10pm, with the exception of Padel Court 3 ( the court nearest to the acoustic perimeter fence) , which shall not be used other than between the hours of Monday to Saturday 9am to 9pm , Sundays and Bank Holidays 9am to 9pm.
