Vary condition No. 4 text - Following planning approval PL/2019/01566/PPFL - Installation of 4 No. padel tennis courts (2 No. covered) with 16 No. 6m high floodlighting, a touch tennis court and the creation of 10 additional car parking spaces and 6 additional cycle parking spaces. Approved 4-10-19. FROM: All of the courts the subject of this permission shall not be used other than between the hours of 9am and 10pm, with the exception of Padel Court 3, which shall not be used other than between the hours of 9am and 6pm. To ensure the proposal is a good neighbour in accordance with Policy P14 of the Solihull Local Plan 2013. TO: All of the courts the subject of this permission shall not be used other than between the hours of 9am and 10pm, with the exception of Padel Court 3 ( the court nearest to the acoustic perimeter fence) , which shall not be used other than between the hours of Monday to Saturday 9am to 9pm , Sundays and Bank Holidays 9am to 9pm.
