Namely: Non-material amendment to hybrid planning permission PL/2016/00863/MAOOT to amend the landscaping approved plans (approved under PL/2020/00835/NONMC) and wording of condition 39 and condition 40 to confirm that the triggers for implementing highways mitigation relate to the occupation of B1 equivalent employment floor space.
