Description

Variation of Condition 5 of planning permission dated 7th September 2023 (PL/2023/00840/VAR) for the change of use from minerals extraction land to waste management, to allow for expanded waste wood treatment operation and associated operational development at Meriden quarry recycling facility. Namely: To extend hours of use - No processing machinery shall be operated, no processing shall be carried out, outside the following hours: - 0700-1800 hours Monday to Friday; and - 0700-1300 hours Saturdays, and not at all on Sundays or Bank Holidays. Hours of deliveries - No skips or metal container units shall be brought to the site, or unloaded, and no other deliveries shall be made to the site, outside the above hours of use. Hours of despatch - No skips or metal container units shall be removed from the site, or loaded and no other collections shall be made from the site, outside the following hours: - 0600-2200 hours Monday to Friday; and - 0700-1500 hours Saturdays; and - 1000-1600 hours on Sundays or Bank Holidays.
