Description

Variation of condition No. 3 following planning approval PL/2018/02477/PPFL dated 11.12.2018 for recycled aggregate facility in existing Berkswell Quarry. Request for an extension of time to the temporary permission.The use hereby permitted shall be permanently discontinued, and any associated plant, equipment, structures, hard surfacing and other operational development shall be removed, before 31st December 2027 or before completion of infilling operations within the current Berkswell Quarry (Park Farm extension) sand and gravel extraction area permitted under planning permission PL/2022/01942/VAR, whichever is the sooner.
