Variation of condition 7- operation times of planning approval granted on 26/8/2023 for PL/2021/00745/VAR- Remove condition Nos. 2 (The restriction in not being able to sell hot food for consumption off the premises restricts the sustainability of any future tenant being able to run a profitable business), Vary condition 3- opening hours to Monday to Thursday 0800 hrs to 1800hrs, Friday and Saturday 0800hrs to 2200hrs , Sunday 0900 hrs to 1400hrs on planning approval 2000/716 also known as PL/2000/01173/CU - Change of use from post office/village store to include tea room. NAMELY to reword condition 7 to exclude the 2 year trial period. FROM- The restaurant shall not operate outside the hours of 6pm and 10pm Friday and Saturday nor at any time on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays or Sundays and only for specified period of 2 years from the date of this permission (26/8/2023) , after which further permission must be applied for from the Local Council to operate the restaurant. TO-The restaurant shall not operate outside the hours of 6pm and 10pm Friday and Saturday nor at any time on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays or Sundays.
