Plans and Specifications submission under Schedule 17 to the High Speed Rail (London - West Midlands) Act 2017 for works comprising: construction of a railway underbridge over the River Blythe Bypass watercourse (River Blythe Bypass Underbridge); earthworks to form a railway embankment (Blythe Bypass Embankment); and ancillary works including: earthworks for drainage ditches and a balancing pond; earthworks to form maintenance access tracks; landscape earthworks; provision of road vehicle parking; location of permanent security, ecological and boundary fencing; and construction of pipe outlet headwalls, and a culvert.
