Amendment to planning permission dated 01.06.2023 reference PL/2022/01935/MINFHO: Ground floor side and front extension and form bedroom at first floor Condition 4 Namely: The side windows to be installed in the new bedroom at first floor level of the hereby approved extensions that face Holly Nook and Windy Nook shall be obscurely glazed, and non-opening unless the parts of the window that can be opened are more than 1.7 metres above the floor of the room in which the window is installed. The windows shall thereafter be permanently retained in that condition.
