Plans and Specifications submission under Schedule 17 to the High Speed Rail (London - West Midlands) Act 2017 for works comprising: Construction of a highway overbridge (Lavender Hall Lane Overbridge) crossing the HS2 Main Line; and ancillary works including: Earthworks to form highways diversion including a concrete retaining crib wall; landscaping earthworks; drainage earthworks; earthworks to form a watercourse diversion and above ground earthworks and headwalls for Bayley's Brook culvert. Earthworks to form maintenance access tracks; location of permanent ecological fencing, boundary fencing and vehicle restraint barriers.
