Description

Listed building consent for mitigation to involve a variety of resilience. The supply and installation of one UPVC flood window, one timber heritage flood door, one uPVC flood door and two flood barriers; the supply and installation of one full-port non-return valve on the foul sewer; the supply of three portable electric puddle sucker pumps; the inspection of all service and drainage pipe entry and exit points (to include gas and electric service pipe entry points) along all double-skin-of-brick external walls, and application of silicone sealant as required, to a maximum height of 600m above Floor Level; and the inspection of all double-skin-of-brick external walls and application of mortar/sealant to all cracks and holes, including around service entry points up to a maximum height of 600mm above floor level.
