Amendments to planning permission dated 20/05/2022 reference PL/2022/00440/MINFHO for: Two storey side and front extensions, first floor front extension and single storey rear extension. Namely : To amend the internal design and also reduce the number of bedrooms from 6 to 5 in total including amending window positions, also the dressing room window to bedroom 3 to include a top hung opening light in compliance with condition 4 being that parts of the window that can be opened are more than 1.7 metres above the floor of the room in which the window is installed, and addition of new first floor window in side elevation.
